Chile · Responsible for the company’s expansion planning and executing in Chile, with the introduction to the market as a expertise real estate service provider ; · Responsible for the tenant leasing of the Birmann 24 building, considered the first class A building in Santiago. These process itself demanded a perseverance quality, as the building faced adverse conditions with the Asian crises in 2.001 and 2.002, as well as other adverse events such as the September 11th terrorist attacks and the consequences to tenant’s security concerns and other work environment issues. Project budget of USD$ 45 million; · Involved in all aspects of introducing and successfully placing a foreign real estate development company, Birmann SA, in a foreign new market.
